The tailor-made early treatment with the myofunctional appliance for a radiant smile right from the start!

The BiteMaintainer can also be used for fine adjustment or for the retention phase. In special cases, for example for position corrections, occlusal interferences and an undesirable lateral open bite caused by aligner treatment, a BiteMaintainer can also be used.

The orthocaps® BiteMaintainer is a type of positioner made of dental silicone. For cases treated with the orthocaps® system, we only need a lateral cephalogram along with a centric bite registration.

This method not only saves time for the practitioner, but also enables a more precise reconstruction than the traditional construction bite registration.
The BiteMaintainer can be used as a retention device as well as a device for fine-tuning a perfect occlusion.

Zur Feinjustierung oder Retention

Der BiteMaintainer kann auch zur Feineinstellung oder für die Retentionsphase verwendet werden. In besonderen Fällen, z. B. bei Positionskorrekturen, okklusalen Interferenzen und einem unerwünschten seitlichen offenen Biss, der durch eine Aligner-Behandlung verursacht wird, kann auch ein BiteMaintainer verwendet werden.

Der orthocaps® BiteMaintainer ist eine Art Positioner aus Dentalsilikon. Für Fälle, die mit dem orthocaps®-System behandelt werden, benötigen wir nur ein seitliches Cephalogramm zusammen mit einer zentrischen Bissregistrierung.

Diese Methode spart nicht nur Zeit für den Behandler, sondern ermöglicht auch eine präzisere Rekonstruktion als die herkömmliche Bissregistrierung. Der BiteMaintainer kann sowohl als Retentionsgerät als auch als Gerät zur Feinabstimmung einer perfekten Okklusion verwendet werden.
